Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LLMKey API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LLMKey provides an API proxy service that enables access to third-party large language model (LLM) APIs. We provide unified API access, billing, and support. We do not own or operate the underlying AI models.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Violate the terms of service of upstream model providers.
• Resell or redistribute API access without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or interfere with service operation.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Token usage beyond plan limits is billed as overage. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party API providers whose availability is outside our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

LLMKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or third-party API failures. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or prolonged inactivity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
